The new Record Kicks 45 comes from the vault of legendary Motown producers Holland, Dozier and Holland. On the A side is the Honey Cone seminal hit "Sunday morning people". Formed in 1969 by Edna Wright, Carolyn Willis, and Shellie Clark vocal trio Honey Cone were HDH's female answer to Jackson Five. "Sunday Morning People" is taken from 1970 LP "Take Me With You" - serious dancing action that finally see the light on the 45 format. On the flip side is Northern soul sensational "Trapped in a love" by Barrino Brothers. The guys scored just one album"Livin High Off The Goodness Of Your Love" under the powerhouse sound production of Holland-Dozier-Holland trio. Released in 1971 on Invictus label "Trapped In A Love" is a collectors item on the rare soul scene and can be easily spinned both on northern & modern soul dancefloors.
